Come into Team Transform for your starting weigh-in and measurements. Andrew records your baseline — body weight, key measurements, and before photos. This is your starting point and your target is locked in.
You have unlimited access to all coached group sessions across the 7 weeks. Minimum commitment is 3 sessions per week — most members do more. Sessions run from 5:10am through to 6:40pm Monday to Thursday, morning and afternoon on Friday, and 7:00am Saturday — most people can find at least 3 that fit their schedule.
You receive our full 7-week nutrition framework on day one. It's practical, sustainable, and built around your lifestyle — not extreme restriction. Andrew is available throughout the challenge for nutrition questions.
Every week you weigh in with Andrew. Progress is tracked, adjustments are made if needed, and accountability is built in. This weekly touchpoint is one of the biggest drivers of results.

Not at all. The challenge is designed for everyday people — not athletes. Every session is coached and every exercise is scalable to your current fitness level. Andrew modifies the program around where you are, not where he thinks you should be.
You keep everything you've built. 7 weeks of coaching, the meal plan, the improved fitness, and the momentum. Your $399 is not refunded — it was the investment in the program itself. The $399 membership credit is the additional reward for hitting your goal. Either way, you come out ahead.
No extreme restriction. The plan is based on our FTDI nutritional framework — practical, sustainable, and built around real food. You won't be eating out of Tupperware containers or cutting out food groups. The goal is fat loss through intelligent nutrition, not starvation.
Sessions run from 5:10am through to 6:40pm Monday to Thursday, with morning and afternoon sessions on Friday (last class 4:40pm), and a 7:00am session on Saturday. Most people can find at least 3 sessions per week that fit their schedule without any trouble.
We cap the challenge at 15 participants per round. This is deliberate — it means Andrew can give proper attention to every person. When it’s full, it’s full. The next round won’t be until later in 2026.
No obligation whatsoever. You join the challenge, you complete the challenge, and then you decide. If you want to continue, the membership credit makes your transition seamless. If not, you walk away with 7 weeks of results and no lock-in.
