I started training with Team Transform just over 9 months ago. I decided I wasn’t happy with the way I looked, I was never comfortable going out, I always felt self-conscious and I was getting married and didn’t want to look fat on my wedding day. My best friend convinced me to start training, so we joined Team Transform. I was doing 3 sessions a week. After a few weeks, I’d noticed small changes… I felt fitter, my diet had changed and I felt healthier, I was lifting heavier weights and my confidence boosted. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support from the other Team Transform members who are so encouraging and motivating and also the Personal Trainer Andrew who shows so much passion and positive attitude to his career. Since the start of my weight loss journey, I’ve increased my sessions to 5 a week, I’ve lost 5kgs and a few centimetres off my waist, hips, arms & legs, I’m healthier and stronger then the person I was when I first started. I’m happy with how far I have come but I have a long way to go and I am sure I can achieve the results I am after by training with Team Transform.
