I started boot camp in April 2014.I had never exercised and was very lazy.The support I got from Andrew and the other members made me want to keep coming back and doing more, resulting in attending 5-6 days a week. My eating habits were verypoor and even though I was exercising the kilos were hard to shift, but I was losing centimetres.
Andrew organised a 12 week challenge so I decided to participate, hoping to further my results.I changed my eating habits,drank more water andin the first 2 weeks dropped 4.1kgs.This challenge has really made a big difference in my life. My whole family are eating healthier as well.I have more energy and am now doing double sessions every day! I could never do sit ups when I first started or push ups now I can do both.
