What an amazing journey I have been on since starting my weight loss back in August 2014. As everyone does when they set out on a weight loss goal, you also want to get fit and become stronger. I am not saying this has been an easy journey and I certainly have faced numerous challenges along the way, one in particular being shift work, and being able to fit in my training and my new way of eating around the twelve hour shifts but more the eighteen hour days/nights that comes with it. On top of the shift work there is my medical problems of having three knee reconstructions and being diagnosed with PCOS, these made achieving my goals seem almost impossible. Over the months whilst training with the friends I have now made at Team Transform and Andrew
Potter I believe my achievementsare something to be proud of. I have always looked at myself and for many months I couldn’t notice the change, however one day it hit me and I was gobsmacked and my results and my new clothing made me realise all this hard work is paying off. Over time I have managed to lose over 20kgs, drop centimetres and I have managed to build muscle, tone up and be fitter then I have ever been before. I want to give a huge thank you to my trainer Andrew Potter who keeps me motivated and always challenging me and always pushes me past my limits.
