How can you take action you ask? Team Transform’s ’12 Week Transformation Challenge’ is kicking off Monday September 14th!
Team Transform is going to provide you with the tools needed to succeed and achieve your health and fitness goals! Upon registration you will receive key nutritional information, recipes, meal suggestions, do-it-yourself work out plans, goal setting strategies, healthy habits to develop, as well as constant support and accountability.
The Kick-Off Meeting will take place in the Club House at Thurina Park, Villawood on September 14th beginning at 5.00pm. Please allow for up to 2-2.5 hours to go through all physical testing, measurements etc. If participating via correspondence, once fee is paid, you will receive all information needed to get started via email the day before (September 13th).
NOTE: We are doing this latest challenge a little differently. Not only is there an individual prize winner, as well as an individual runner-up, there is also a “team winner”. All members participating will be separated into 2 teams, and will work together to shift the most weight / kilo’s in order to be the overall best team. Members will be split into the 2 teams at random.

The contest will run from September 14th– December 7th. Up to $1000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs for the best physical transformation / results.
Registration & Rules:
– Pay $75 entry fee
– BEFORE Photo taken (Front /Right Side / Back)
– Initial Weigh In and Girth Measurements recorded
– Fitness Testing completed
– Nutritional / Lifestyle assessment to be completed prior to start day.
– Upon recording height, weight, age and activity level, macronutrient ratios and daily calorie intake will be provided to you within 1 (one) day.
– The first weigh-in and measurement must take place September 14th– September 19th. The final weigh in must be completed December 7th – December 12th.
– All members competing in the challenge must book in all sessions online via PTminder log in.
– Mandatory weigh-ins are to be completed every two (2) weeks, beginning from week 1. You must complete your weigh-ins before the deadline dates. It is the responsibility of the individual and/or their team members to make sure that they weigh-in on time, not that of Team Transform.
– All weigh-ins will take place without shoes, and always on the same scale provided by Team Transform.
– All weigh-ins must take place at Thurina Park and completed by the Coach.
– You will not be eligible to win the challenge and/or any prizes available, if you miss any weigh-ins or measurements during the 12 week duration.
– Before and after photos must be taken in order to compete in the challenge. Wearing black is not recommended if you want to see visible change.
– Food Diaries must be filled out and sent to your coach for at least the first 6 (six) weeks of the challenge. Food diary must be sent either at the end of your eating day, or by no later than 12pm the following day. This can be done a number of ways;
- Create Myfitnesspal account.
- Keep track in an excel spread sheet and email screenshot
- Fill out food diary sheets provided and text/email photo.
– All contestants are recommended to complete four (4) workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and boot camp training programs for maximum results.
– All contestants are recommended to complete their own workouts at home or a gym, if they cannot attend any sessions during the week. Team Transform also recommends, on rest days, to at least go for a 20-30min walk.
Weigh In Dates:
- Initial Weigh-in: Sep 14th – Sep 19th
- #2: Sep 28th – Oct 3rd
- #3: Oct 12th – Oct 17th
- #4: Oct 26th – Oct 31st
- #5: Nov 9th – Nov 14th
- #6: Nov 23rd – Nov 28th
- Final Weigh-in: Dec 7th – Dec 12th
Winners Announced 2 Weeks after final weigh-ins.
Terms and Conditions:
– Registrations must be in before September 14th 2015 to be eligible for prizes. Anyone registered after this date can still participate, but will not be eligible for prizes.
– Registration fee of $75, as well as membership fee must be paid up front in full before competition begins (unless paying via direct debit for membership). Any current member wishing to compete for cash/prizes must pay the $75 fee.
– All new members must complete the information and liability forms prior to starting.
– All Team Transform existing members will automatically be entered into the transformation challenge. Members can participate for FREE, but will not be eligible for prizes, and no emails / extra support will be offered if fee is not paid.
– Non-members may participate, provided the $75 fee is paid up front in full. Non-members will receive all information and support for the duration of the challenge via email.
– Non-members are required to send a “before” photo prior to beginning, holding the days current newspaper. Non-members will also be required to send in measurements at week 1, 7, and 12, as well as weight every 2 weeks, as of week 1.
– Minimum twelve (12) week membership to participate for Team Transform members.
– A minimum of twenty (20) individuals must participate for the maximum prize amounts to stand. If at least twenty (20) individuals do not register, the overall prize will be affected and adjusted accordingly.
– No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid.
– Individual winner and runner-up picked on best physical transformation (before and after photo)
– Team winners picked on overall weight / centimetres lost as a group.
– A buddy system will be implemented, whereas members will pair up with a fellow participant (in the same team) to keep each other accountable. If you do not find a “buddy”, one will be assigned. Team Transform encourages you to take part in the challenge with a friend / family member, to help keep each other motivated and on track.
