We have your reason! Team Transform’s second ’12 Week Transformation Challenge’ is kicking off Monday May 4th!
We are going to give you every last bit of information that you will need to make sure that you get the most out of the upcoming 12 weeks and look your best for the foreseeable future! Upon registration you will receive key nutritional information, recipes, meal suggestions, do-it-yourself work out plans, goal setting strategies as well as constant support and accountability.
The Kick Off Meeting / Session will take place in the Club House at Thurina Park, Villawood on May 4th beginning at 5.30pm. Please allow for up to 2 hours to go through all physical testing, filling out forms etc.

The contest will run from May 4th– July 25th. Up to $1000 in cash and prizes are up for grabs for the best physical transformation / results.
Registration:
– Pay $75 entry fee
– BEFORE Photo taken (Front /Right Side / Back)
– Initial Weigh In and Girth Measurements recorded
– Nutritional / Lifestyle assessment to be completed
– Fitness Testing completed
Rules:
– The first weigh-in and measurement must take place between May 4th– May 9th. The final weigh in must be completed between July 27th – August 1st.
– All contestants must check in to their coach at each visit to Thurina Park.
– All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.
– All contestants are recommended to complete four (4) workouts per week in a combination of strength training, cardiovascular and boot camp training programs for maximum results.
– Mandatory weigh-ins is to be done every two (2) weeks. You must complete your weigh-ins before the deadline dates. It is the responsibility of the individual and/or their “buddy” to make sure that they weigh-in on time, not that of Team Transform.
– Weigh-ins will take place without shoes.
– All weigh-ins must take place at Thurina Park and completed by the Coach.
– You will not be eligible to win the challenge if you miss any weigh-ins or measurements.
Weigh In Dates:
- Initial Weigh-in: May 4th– May 9th
- #2: May 18th – May 23rd
- #3: June 1st – June 6th
- #4: June 15th- June 20th
- #5: June 29th – July 4th
- #6: July 13th – July 18th
- Final Weigh-in: July 27th – August 1st
Winner Announced 2 Weeks from final weigh-ins.
Terms and Conditions:
– Registrations must be in before May 4th 2015 to be eligible for prizes. Anyone registered after this date can still participate, but will not be eligible for prizes.
– Registration fee of $75, as well as membership fee must be paid up front in full before competition begins (unless paying via direct debit).
– Current members also required to pay registration fee.
– Minimum twelve (12) week membership to participate.
– A minimum of twelve (12) individuals must participate for the prizes to be available. If at least twelve (12) individuals do not register a full refund will be given to each person.
– No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum participant requirements.
– The Grand Prize remains the same even if the number of participants exceeds twelve (12).
– Winner to be chosen based on individual’s greatest physical change from BEFORE to AFTER photo, OR Best physical results.
– A buddy system will be implemented, where as members will pair up with a fellow participant to keep each other accountable. If you do not find a “buddy”, one will be assigned. Team Transform encourages you to take part in the challenge with a friend / family member, to help keep each other motivated and on track.
